HeartCore Yoga is a certified Anusara and Yoga Alliance teacher training school.
The HeartCore Teacher Trainings are taught as intensives, broken into six sections: Immersions 1, 2, 3, Teacher Training 1, 2, 3
For the Anusara® School of Hatha Yoga™ training credits:
- Students are expected to complete a minimum of 100 hours in Anusara Immersions before entering into the teacher training program.
- The immersions may be done with any currently Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher.
- Must have minimum of 50 hrs Anusara Teacher Training
To qualify to register for a Yoga Alliance 200 hr RYT certification, all the immersions and teacher training must to be done through HeartCore Yoga and will include:
- Completion of HeartCore Yoga’s Anusara yoga Immersion 1, 2, 3 totaling 108 hrs
- Two 36 hr Teacher Trainings totaling 72 hrs
- 20 hrs of observation
- 5 hrs of Karma yoga project
This will qualify you to register with the internationally recognized 200 Hour RYT Yoga Alliance teacher certification program to become a YA RYT 200hr designated yoga teacher.

Teacher Training Two:
- Refinement of all the above
Teacher Training Three:
- Refinement of all the above
- Refinement focus on weaving the theme with Cit Ananda
- Manual and Therapeutic adjustments
- Certification process
Prerequisites:
*Completion of 100 hour minimum of Anusara Yoga immersion (or permission from BJ)
*Completed Anusara Philosophy and Alignment test of Immersion 1, 2, 3
*Acceptance of Application, permission from BJ
*Completion of John Friend Teacher Training Manual (read)
*Completion of Anusara Master Immersion Manual (read)
