¿QUE ES UNA INMERSION? (Transferencia directa el folleto en Español)
The Anusara Yoga® Immersion is an invitation to deepen your yoga practice on every level. Experience an exciting transformational spiritual, physical and mental journey into the ecstatic core of your own heart. For an average of five days, students are immersed in focused studies of life affirming philosophy underlying the Anusara Yoga tradition, deep physical practice embodying the Universal Principles of Alignment™, and stimulating conversation with other like hearted yogin.
Anusara® School of Hatha Yoga™ Immersions are designed for all students of all levels, backgrounds and ages to engage in the current of the heart. Expand your yoga practice in ways that invite the recognition and engagement of the joyful nature within your self.
Be immersed in the empowering knowledge of the deeper aspects and fundamental teachings of Anusara Yoga.
The immersion curriculum consists of a three-phase series totaling 108 hours and designed to offer a comprehensive understanding of Anusara Yoga.
The immersion provides the tools, the guide you need to engage life skillfully and move from that ecstatic place in your heart, on the mat and out in the world.
Though the immersions are not designed to instruct how to teach, the completion of Immersions 1, 2, and 3 is also the first step toward and required for Anusara Yoga Teacher Training. Completion of HeartCore Yoga’s three Immersions and two Teacher Trainings qualify you for the 200 Hour RYT Yoga Alliance teacher certification.
